STATEMENT OF WORK Between: [YOUR BUSINESS] ("the Supplier") and [CLIENT] ("the Client") Project: [PROJECT NAME] Date: [DATE] 1. DELIVERABLES The Supplier will deliver: - 8 pages of a responsive marketing website - 1 contact form - 3 responsive breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop) - 2 rounds of revisions on each deliverable Anything not counted in this section is not in this agreement. 2. NOT INCLUDED Not included: content writing, photography, copywriting, translation, third party licences and subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, search optimisation, and any integration with a system not named in section 1. These are available, and each one is priced as a change order under section 3. 3. CHANGES TO THE SCOPE Any work not listed in section 1 is a change. Changes take effect only when the Client approves a written change order setting out the additional fee and the revised delivery date. Work described in a change order does not begin until the Client has approved that change order in writing. Each change order states the additional fee for that change. Where no fixed fee is given, the work is charged at the hourly rate in section 6. Where a change order adds time, the delivery date moves by the number of working days stated in that change order. 4. WHAT THE CLIENT PROVIDES The Client provides approval, consolidated feedback, content and access within five working days of each request or delivery. Where the Client does not provide approval, feedback, content or access within that window, the delivery date moves day for day with the delay, and the Supplier is not responsible for the project finishing later than planned. 5. TIMELINE Delivery date: [DATE], subject to sections 3 and 4. 6. FEES AND PAYMENT Total fee: [AMOUNT]. Payment: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Work outside the agreed scope is charged at [RATE] per hour. 7. ENDING THE PROJECT Either party may end this agreement by giving 14 days notice in writing. If the Client terminates the project, the Client pays for all work completed up to the date of notice, plus any costs the Supplier has already committed on the Client's behalf. 8. OWNERSHIP Ownership of the deliverables transfers to the Client on receipt of full payment. Until then the Supplier retains all rights in them. The Supplier may show the completed work in a portfolio unless the Client asks in writing that it does not. 9.
